1. Research Use Only
All products sold by PureLux Labs ("we", "us", "our") are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a qualified researcher or research institution and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful handling and use of any product purchased.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By using this site and placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices for Singles and Bulk Supply products are listed separately and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Available payment methods (including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay where applicable) are determined by your device, region, and our Square account configuration.
5. Shipping
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pureluxlabsaustralia@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, batch testing information, and stock status are accurate at the time of publishing. We do not warrant that this information is error-free at all times and reserve the right to correct any errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureLux Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, receipt, or use of any product sold on this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
